I don’t know the ins and outs of their methods but they certainly seem to have at least some connections with local businesses. How else would they be able to offer things like discounts when customers mention their website?
I can tell you about places that let guys watch women undress and masturbate. But as a simple observer from afar, I am unable to offer anyone a deal on the services.
Nor do I have the means to cover the Tokyo sex scene in its full breadth. My English may be fluent but I simply don’t know about each and every sex shop in Tokyo that allows foreigners through its doors.
