Review: Lolita’s in Pattaya, Thailand (CLOSED)

Lolita’s is a blowjob bar that has become quite well known over the years. I’m not sure if the Pattaya branch retains any connection to the Lolita’s in Bangkok or other parts of the country. For me it doesn’t really matter. The point is that this is a fully functioning BJ bar in Pattaya.

The original Lolita’s in Pattaya was located on LK Metro. It closed. This is a review of the new Lolita’s on Soi Chaiyapoon. A review-cum-obituary of the old shop appears at end of this post. The closed shop on LK Metro had too many sideshows to be what I would call a great or even really good blowjob bar. The new Lolita’s isn’t bad.

The new location on Soi Chaiyapoon is only a short distance from LK Metro and actually looks a lot like the old set up. The main difference is the size and the newness of the interior. I’m sure this location will be much more profitable for the ownership if customers can discover the new shop, which isn’t in as obvious a location as the old.

Lolita’s is customer friendly and very accessible. If you can find Soi Chaiyapoon, you can find the shop. The sign is a little different than before, but everything else is pretty much the same.

Service and staff

When a potential customer approaches the shop, they receive a friendly greeting from the available staff that is stationed on the seating out front. While a few experiences don’t amount to anything universal, I will say that the “hello welcome” you receive at Lolita’s Pattaya seems to be a lot more genuine and less of a forceful marketing pitch than you get at some other similar shops. Perhaps the women here are just better actors. I don’t know. In any case, it seems that much more pleasant to arrive.

The staff members, who seem to number under a dozen at any given time, are dressed in the Lolita’s uniform. This kit consists of a polo shirt and a short plaid skirt. Although this sounds like something a schoolgirl would wear, the relative age of the women working at Lolita’s insures that none of them will be confused as students.

Don’t get me wrong, no one on staff at Lolita’s is an old hag. It’s just obvious that they aren’t very young women. I would guess that most are in their late twenties or thirties, which is pretty usual for a pepperoni polishing pub. As far as looks are concerned, they seem to be generally average, with no one incredibly attractive or totally repulsive. Keep in mind that the staff does change, and I probably didn’t see everyone that works the place. The main thing is that everyone on the roll at Lolita’s is at least acceptable enough to accomplish the task at hand. I doubt anyone is turning around and leaving after seeing the staff.

Stairway to heaven

The routine is usual. You select one of the women outside and ask them go him inside. The entrance leads to a new bar room that isn’t as big as the old location but is hardly small either. It’s obviously a recently redone place, with clean walls and flooring, a nice new red paint job, and plenty of “themed” decorations. That mainly means paintings of various levels of eroticism. There is plenty of seating and a nice bar for those who want to spend a little time there. But I don’t think most visitors do any of that. Customers interested in getting straight to the action simply ask to go straight upstairs.

There seems to be at least two levels of rooms up there, and there may even be one more. That’s more rooms than you might expect at a place like this. I think that’s just because the building was designed as a tall shop house by original designer. But maybe the owner expects to get really busy at some point in the future. During my visits I was the only one in the house, though this is a new location and I stopped by while there was still plenty of daylight outside.

The staircase and halls are as clean and fresh as the rest of the place, which is different than a lot of blowjob bars. There’s no dirt or grime to be seen. The action takes place in private rooms with locking doors. For those that like their plumbing work do be done in public as is standard in a place like Star of Light this may be a downer. But alas it seems to be the way things are headed.

In most of the newer blowjob bars in Thailand, the action takes place in private rooms. The upside at Lolita’s is that there is no extra charge for the room, while you have to shell out a few extra Baht at a place like My Friend You on Soi 6. While this Lolita’s location is new, it for some reason seems a lot more comfortable than the old place on LK Metro. I can’t say exactly why that is.

The rooms themselves are as clean as you would expect looking at the rest of the place. They are large, with walls that go all the way up the ceiling. They are not as big as the quarters in the old shop. I doubt you would hear any action from the rooms next door, even if they were occupied. The couches where you plant yourself down for your treatment are new and clean.

The service sucks

I can’t comment too much on the level of service, which varies according to the particular service provider a customer chooses. I will say that anyone on staff here should have the capabilities to finish the job.

All oral action is bareback. After a standard wipe down of the undercarriage with a wet tissue of course. The staff members put in the work necessary to get the job done. They definitely aren’t clock watchers. This doesn’t mean guys who think about nude grandmothers to keep themselves from shooting are welcomed warmly. There are always limits. But there is little pressure put on the customers here.

After you finish they clean you up and bring you back downstairs to settle the bill. The woman working behind the bar is neither pleasant or ill willed. In my view she offers the perfect amount of discretion and professionalism for the job she does. And she welcomes you to return as you leave.

Summary

As always, tips are happily accepted. But there is absolutely no pressure to pay more than the going rate. The topic never even seems to come up. After you settle the bill you’re free to go. And most who do probably return.

The best thing about the new Lolita’s location was the price. Maybe it’s because it’s a little more out of the way than the old location on LK Metro, or maybe it’s because they just opened recently, but the new Lolita’s only charged 600 Baht ($19 USD) when it opened. That was more than the 500 Baht that was standard a short while ago, but a lot less than most of the other places across the country. Alas the price changed after a while. It is now 700 Baht which is higher than it used to be. But this is still lower than the other BJ bars that now charge 800 to 1000 Baht.

As a new blowjob bar in a slightly crowded market, Lolita’s Pattaya stands out by its decor and especially reasonable pricing. The friendliness of the women working there is also a big plus. If it charged the same price as other similar shops, there’s a good chance I would have given it 3 or 3-and-a-half stars. At the lower it is one the least expensive suck shops in the country. For that reason and all the others, I give the new Lolita’s in Pattaya a 4 star rating.

Lolita’s LK Metro

Lolita’s LK Metro was a blowjob bar in Pattaya, Thailand. It was set apart from the multitude of other BJ bars by its premier decor and special features. Or I should it was set apart. The owner passed away and the place was put up on the auction block. It was purchased and re-purposed as Crystal Club A-Go-Go.

What’s in a name? Not much at Lolita’s where the women on staff were all well into adulthood. The name came from the original Lolita’s blowjob bar in Bangkok, which thankfully is still going strong.

Lolita’s actually became a sort of chain of blowjob bars with the Pattaya location, a shop in Hua Hin, and another shop in Nakhon Phanom Province opening after the original. I say “sort of” because as far as I know each location was independently owned and operated.

The old Lolita’s

Lolita’s was located on LK Metro, a small L-shaped street in Pattaya that is loaded with go go bars, coyote bars, and sex shops, without the often ridiculous crowds of Walking Street. As with any other blowjob bar in Thailand, a number of women would wait outside Lolita’s in chairs trying to beckon you inside. You’d chose the lady or ladies you liked and step in.

What raised Lolita’s Pattaya above the rest of the “chain” and the other blowjob bars in Pattaya was always the decor. It was set up a bit more like a men’s lounge than the typical down and dirty slurp shop. It didn’t start that way, but after some renovations it was transformed into something special.

Inside the layout was spacious and well appointed. There were booths, a pool table, reading material and free wifi. Guys could surf and get sucked simultaneously with the aid of a smartphone or tablet. There were stools situated about, along with mirrors and quality chairs, and the floor even looked nice. The whole place slightly reminded me of a classic diner, except that here the waitresses would blow you instead of just blowing you off. Along with a full range of liquor, they also had an extensive coffee menu.

The staff sucked

The staff wasn’t bad at all either. As I have written elsewhere, blowjob bars in Thailand tend to employ some of the less attractive women to be found in Siam’s massive pay for sex industry. In part that comes with the job. Lolita’s Pattaya always had a decent lineup, with at least one or two really beautiful women working. Indeed in the early years I would even say the staff was on average quite good looking. As time went on the general looks of the staff started to go down hill, along with everything else.

In its last year of life Lolita’s went through a number of changes. Free pool and weekly live music shows disappeared along with the wireless internet. Everything I’ve heard has attributed this to the passing of the American owner. It sounded like a liquidation to me. And not the kind that used to happen there several times a day.

The end of an era

Yes you could still get sucked off by a woman in a cute little uniform for a little over 20 American dollars. For that reason it continued attracted customers, even though it was clear to most what was in the making. What was an obvious end has now manifested itself. The new go go bar that took ovr the spot isn’t bad. In fact it’s quite nice. I was still sorry to learn of the demise of Lolita’s. I guess change is the only constant.

The only problem I ever had with Lolita’s was that you had to go upstairs to get the actual mouth-on-cock services. After some up close and personal play with a woman in a booth on the main floor, the last thing I wanted to do was stand up with a hard-on and make the trek up a flight of steps. It may sound ridiculous to complain about having to walk a few feet to get your salami slurped. What can I say? The convenience of sex for sale has spoiled me. Plus I remember the good old days.

It used to be that blowjob bars specialized in semi-public blowjobs, right out in the open at the bar. Places on Soi Post Office even had holes cut out under the bar so you could the staff member of your choice could swallow your member while you nursed a cold beer. While that seems to have all but disappeared in recent years, you can still get blown at a booth just off to the side on the main floor at places like My Friend You Bar.

Sure you can get a room upstairs at these old school bars for a few more Baht, but you don’t have to. In my opinion that’s a real benefit that adds both to the convenience and the sleaziness. At places like Dr. BJ’s Salon in Bangkok and Lolita’s, when it was around, any real action can only take place in private booths. It never stopped me from visiting those shops. But I do sometimes long for the days of a pint and a prick polishing.

To be totally honest, I wasn’t a huge fan of the buffets or parties they would sometimes put on either. Call me a hermit, but I like to search out my glob gobblers in peace. As a decent Thai blowjob bar with a layout that made it a cut about the rest, I would have given Lolita’s on LK Metro a solid 3.5 star rating. As much as a half a star may have been given as a result of nostalgia. I was sad to see this Lolita’s go.
