The Apirom is a high-end adult oriented spa for men in Bangkok. Billing itself as a “Siamese Somatic Sanctuary” this shop aims to stand a cut above the rest. With large and luxurious rooms, great gals and a customer-oriented concept, Apirom really does impress.
Since I have spent almost 15 years covering adult massage parlors in Bangkok, I won’t bother explaining how they work. Instead, I will tell you why Apirom is different from all the rest. And arguably even better.
First there is the layout and theme. Walking into Apirom is like entering some Siamese resort from days gone by. You can almost imagine the well healed popping in behind you for a spot of tea and full service.
Secondly there is the service. The highly skilled service providers intertwine Thai massage methods with an incredible erotic approach. All this while they wear tight sexy clothes that drip with water. Your member is throbbing the entire time, that is until the well awaited release. It’s simply phenomenal.
The Apirom on Sukhumvit Soi 10
Apirom is located on a small side street just off of Sukhumvit Soi 10. When traveling from Sukhumvit, it is on the left hand side. Reaching Apirom takes about 10 minutes on foot from either the Nana or Asok BTS staions.
The shop is tucked away yet easy to find. The entrance is a nicely designed gateway with the word “APIROM” featured in English and Thai. There are no garish lights or other indications of what goes on inside. It’s downright classy.
So too is the interior! The traditional Siamese theme continues throughout. The service rooms themselves are large and clean but devoid of western style beds. Instead you find tubs, shower areas, and woven mats. Don’t worry, there is still a proper space for a real nuru massage!
Frankly this is probably the most thought out and unique massage parlor in Thailand. I have been through more massage shops than I can count. I have never encountered anything like Apirom.
Apirom total erotic treatment
I’ve been to more erotic massage parlors than I can count. This is something different. It’s almost like you’re receiving an erotic treatment when you visit Apirom. You are left feeling fulfilled.
At the risk of sounding hokey I would say that the ladies here actually take you on a journey. At least that’s how I felt after two hours of pure bliss with one of the Thai tantresses on staff at Apirom.
I rocked up to the gate and rang the bell. Since I made an appointment they were ready and waiting for me. My masseuse greeted me right at the door with a wai and a bow. She looked great in her tightly wrapped traditional garb too.
From there it was a full out ritual! My gal brought me a drink and explained the routine. My body was washed with hot and cold water lovingly, with compresses and salts in the mix to make things more meaningful. Then I got bathed like something out of the old Western movies before we moved on to the main event. It was spectacular and unlike anything else I’ve experienced in Bangkok.
Staff, services, prices, summary
Apirom doesn’t publicly display pictures of their staff, out of respect for the women themselves. Though they do show photos to clients who reserve an appointment over Line or WhatsApp. Suffice it to say they are an attractive and skilled group of Thai ladies.
There’s something else I like. Apirom doesn’t have any confusing menu with multiple services. Instead they offer a “Natya” massage of the classic Thai sensual style. A sexy Thai service provider in uniform starts by washing your feet and then you’re entire body. Next she provides a fantastic aromatherapy massage before finally moving on the full service grand finale. The whole thing takes 2 hours and costs 12,800 Baht.
Some might find the price to be too high. Though I don’t think this shop would mind. It’s not for everyone. But the discerning gentleman who wants a true full service massage that involves and engages the mind and the entire body will be more than pleased. I know I was!
For me Apirom is a true outstanding highlight of what the massage scene in Bangkok has become today. Places like this are the reason Bangkok is probably the best city on earth for erotic massage. I give Apirom a solid five stars.

Hey Rockit, I don’t really understand how different this place actually is from any other high end nuru places in Bangkok. What makes this one different and/or standing out?
It’s different from every other nuru massage parlor in Bangkok for many reasons. The women here do things like washing your feet and giving you a hot and cold water treatment. There is a traditional Siamese theme. The women wear traditional clothes. They use tatami mats instead of beds. There is more. I mentioned much of it in the review. Cheers.
