N-Cats is a somewhat discreet pink salon in Kyoto. While the staff and most customers are Japanese, foreigners are allowed inside. This place and others like it appreciate customers who can at least understand rudimentary Japanese. But the doorman and at least one of the women on staff here an even speak basic English. They even have some English papers at the front desk that explain things for foreigners.
As has been explained here before, pink salon or “pinsaro” is the Japanese name for a blowjob shop. Typically these places serve some sort of drink in a dark lounge like setting. Then women come around and give the customers blowjobs until they ejaculate or the time limit runs out. N-Cats is no different.

N-Cats is fiarly easy to find. It is located on the ground floor of the Gion Chateau Building in Kyoto. This is located directly across the street from a 7 Eleven convenience store on Yamatooji-Dori. The building stands out for having a red front. The building next door stands out even more with a large white archway at the entrance.
N-Cats looks is pretty much what you would expect a Japanese BJ bar to be like. The place is a little shabby looking inside, but it’s hardly the worst pinsaro in Japan. The seats are suitable for the business is done. The atmosphere is a little open but customers keep to themselves.
Pricing and service
A standard thirty minute session at N-Cats is 5,000 Yen ($34 USD) before 9:00 PM. From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM the price is 6000 Yen ($41 USD). Longer sessions lasting up to an hour are available for more money. There are also other variations. Most foreign customers probably just hand over the standard fee and move to one of the seats. Every session includes a bareback blowjob to completion.
Customers can pay 2000 Yen extra to nominate a lady of their choosing. This also allows customers to touch the breasts of the lady. Those who do not pay an extra nomination fee cannot touch. Choices of lady are made from photographs that actually do not show much. Though repeat customers can ask for a lady they like.
Staff and summary
The women working at N-Cats aren’t all the greatest looking gals in Japan but they are accommodating. Some are on the big side. Some others are more fit. One would probably be described as attractive by most men. She also happens to speak English. Some others are handy enough with the Google translate app to communicate with foreigners.
At N-Cats, customers get the full time allotted. That means that if a customer finishes in the first minute of a thirty minute session he is not rushed out the door. In fact, most of the women seem eager to go for seconds or even thirds if time allows. Though there are customers who have reported more of a “one and done” type of treatment. Apparently mileage may vary at N-Cats.
As a run of the mill pink salon N-Cats isn’t necessarily very special within Japan. But most of the pinsaros in Japan forbid foreigners from visiting. And outside of Japan there are few places that even have blowjob bars. All things are relative. With that in mind I give N-Cats a solid three-and-a-half stars.
