Review: AYA Massage in Bangkok, Thailand

AYA Massage is the newest massage parlor in Bangkok. It is also one of the most sumptuous and extravagant facilities in all of the city. Located just a short distance from Soi Cowboy, AYA Massage oozes elegance from top to bottom. This place was designed with luxury and comfort in mind. And it shows!

The grand opening of AYA Massage roughly coincided with the general reopening of Thailand. I don’t know if that was be design or sheer coincidence. Either way things turned out very well.

Business as usual does seem to be returning to Bangkok and especially the massage parlors that were able to weather recent storms. In any event AYA Massage has made quite the splash and has quickly taken prominence in what remains a somewhat crowded industry.

Even now there is no shortage of massage parlors in Bangkok. But there are few if any such shops that can match the opulence of the new AYA Massage. I can’t say enough to explain how well decorated and nice this place truly is. Of course that only means so much. The service providers are the main draw at any venue like this. Though as I will explain the ladies working at AYA Massage definitely compliment and contribute to the overall quality.

An Oasis in Bangkok

Bangkok is a major city that draws in millions from around Thailand and the world. It is filled with attractions ranging from cultural sites to shopping and world famous cuisine. Yet the millions who come to Bangkok also help make it a hectic place. And the heat doesn’t help. Yet in the middle of the throngs of people and grinding traffic stands a tranquil oasis called AYA Massage. Stepping in off of the street and through the gates is like entering another world.

AYA Massage was lavishly designed with a Moroccan inspired flare. The first time I laid eyes on the place I immediately thought of the film Casablanca. Inside I realized that this was much more. Not even Humphrey Bogart was able to soak in a jetted tub with two Thai beauties while watching adult videos over the in house WiFi!

I don’t want to go too over the top in my description. But I have to admit that my expectations were exceeded with my experience at AYA Massage. From beginning to end I was astonished to find such a high level of treatment in such beautiful surroundings. At a time when customer service seems to be disappearing the people at AYA Massage still live by the slogan “the customer is king.”

This is not a run of the mill massage parlor looking to cash in on whoever wanders through. AYA Massage was created with the customer in mind. It aims to provide a premium experience to those who can truly appreciate such treatment. It is a place that an experienced aficionado like me can really appreciate.

For Gentlemen and Couples

Several years ago I published a report on sexual services for women and couples in Bangkok. If I were to rewrite that post today I would have to put AYA Massage at the top of the list. While some massage parlors will accept couples as clients AYA Massage actually goes out of its way to welcome them into the shop. AYA even has a special service level specifically for couples.

With genuinely bisexual providers on staff and gorgeously elaborate rooms you can tell that AYA was designed at least in part with women in mind. Of course the discerning gentleman could also appreciate all that has gone into this venue.

This is not a 500 Baht massage parlor buried in some back alley of Bangkok. This is a world class facility right in the heart of the city. Those who value experience and ambiance will surely recognize the difference.

While I think there is a place for every level of business in the adult entertainment industry I have always kept an eye out for those high end places that go above and beyond. It is one of the reasons I have always held the saunas of Macau in such high regard. Since those saunas have basically been made unavailable to anyone outside of Macau for years I am glad to have found AYA Massage.

Services and prices

With all that said it is worth mentioning that the prices at AYA Massage are actually in line with Bangkok massage parlors as a whole. Despite all the obvious expense that has gone into making AYA Massage a reality the rates for an erotic massage with full service are right around what less luxurious parlors in Bangkok charge. For example a one hour deluxe massage is just 2,500 Baht ($73 USD).

Of course upgrades are available at a premium. A 60 minute session in the VIP Jacuzzi suite costs 3,500 Baht. The same session provided by two women at once is 5,500. An “Ultra VIP” session with two women is also available in one of the most luxuriant rooms I have ever seen in an adult establishment. That costs 6,500 Baht. The 40 square meter room where Ultra VIP sessions take place is truly something to behold.

The prices for couples are quite good too. A 60 minute massage for couples runs just 4,500 Baht ($131). A 60 minute “four hands” massage is just 2,000 Baht more. What does that include? Simultaneous full service erotic massage from two women in one of the nicest rooms to be found in the city. We’re talking about quite a value in this day and age.

In fact all of the massage packages include full service along with the standard bathing and full body massage. The women working at AYA Massage are truly experts in the art of body work. They are also extremely attentive and good looking to boot!

The ladies of AYA Massage

The proprietors of AYA Massage have to be given some serious credit for assembling such an adroit and attractive team of service providers. At a time when staffing has struggled all around AYA Massage has put together a full team of lovely ladies who know their way around.

I can’t be sure but I would have to guess that the working environment has something to do with that. I certainly wouldn’t mind penning Rockit Reports posts from the bed in AYA’s Ultra Vip quarters myself!

There are no pictures of the service providers available on the AYA Massage website. This seems to be the way things go now in Bangkok when it comes to sensual massage shops.

I have to imagine it has something to do with the unspoken rules of the local industry which are often laid down behind the scenes. Those who are familiar with the ins and outs of doing business or even going about daily life in the Big Mango may understand what I am saying more fully.

Nevertheless AYA Massage does regularly post pictures of its staff on the official AYA Massage Twitter account. They also provide photos of the women working any given day to anyone who contacts them through their official Line account. Obviously anyone who visits AYA Massage can also see the ladies on duty.

I have only seen a handful of the women working at AYA Massage so far. But I have definitely been impressed. Beauty is ultimately in the eye of the beholder yet anyone who has seen the likes of ladies such as Michelle or Bella must surely agree. The lovely Joy also deserves a mention.

Conclusion

Bangkok is home to countless erotic massage parlors of all sorts. Despite all the uncertainty of the last few years there are still many massage parlors in operation. After ten years of covering the local industry I have only just begun to scratch the surface. Then in the midst of everything a place like AYA Massage comes along. It is such a departure from the norm that I had to take notice. I have to say that I am glad that I took the time to check the place out. If ever there was a venue worth my time this would have to be it.

In my personal opinion high end erotic massage shops are now the high point of sensual services in Bangkok. Sure the Bangokok soapy massage parlors have their place. But even when they are open they do not necessarily provide the same kind of experience as the sort of top quality massage shops that have been popping up around Sukhumvit in recent years. It is worth mentioning that places like Daisy Dream are some of the only venues of any sort that have ever motivated me to give a 5 star rating.

AYA Massage is a themed shop with an incredible layout and design considering its line of business. Of course surroundings can only contribute so much to an experience. But they do certainly contribute. I would much rather spend time with a lovely lady in a beautiful and luxurious room than a cramped overheated space with dirty linens. I don’t think I am alone. So while I have been known to prowl low end hole in the wall spots in the name of science I typically enjoy elegant and comfortable spaces much more. At least when given the opportunity to choose.

I was quite surprised by AYA Massage’s opening. I was even more amazed when I laid eyes on the place. The fact that it is staffed by a group of lovely ladies who know what they are doing only makes things better. After everything I have seen in recent times I am quite happy to give AYA Massage five stars.
