Interview with Thai porn star Fernie Warisa

In my latest interview with people in the sex industry I had the pleasure to question new Thai porn star Fernie Warisa. Despite only starting to make adult videos this very year, Fernie is already in the top 1.4% of all content creators on OnlyFans. Since OnlyFans is the 491st most popular website on earth right now that really means something.

I found Fernie Warisa through the busty Thai porn star Macy Nihongo. Readers may remember that I interviewed Macy in 2019. She was a real trail blazer in the self-made porn scene coming out of the land of smiles. Fernie Warisa took an interesting path through university, via a luxury hotel, management level work at the famed Hooters restaurant in Bangkok and mainstream modeling before finally taking off her clothes and getting busy on camera. How old are you and where are you from?

I’m 32 years old. I was born in Bangkok.

How did you learn English? Do you find it helpful to know the language?

I studied it at my university. I had good grades for English class. But I have to say I still could’t really speak to Foreigners cause I was ashamed to speak. After I worked in a five star hotel. I learned a lot there because I was able to use English in real life. They had English roll playing every week. They had staff training. I could tell it was really helpful. The most important thing was that I wasn’t shy to speak like I was before. Even if I used the wrong words they would teach me and let me learn from the situation.

When did you first have sex?

When I was seventeen years old.

When did you first do porn?

When the Covid-19 Pandemic started.

How many tattoos and piercings do you have?

I have 4 tattoos and 4 piercings.

I know you worked at Hooters in Bangkok for a while. How did you find that job? How was it working there?

I found the Hooters job when I used to work at Witch’s Sport. Many friends told me about Hooters. It was like my dream to be a Hooters girl at that time, because there was so many beautiful ladies and good salary.

I worked there in the bar trainer supervisor position. I was like head of the bar. I did the inventory. I had to train the Hooters girls in Silom to make drinks. And it was fun cause they have a lot of activities. We were dancing. We enjoyed so much. The uniform was very sexy but still had a sporty design. They have many rules so it isn’t easy to be a Hooters girl.

How did you first get into mainstream modelling?

Okay. When I first got into modelling I was still working at Hooters. I just changed my schedule to working both jobs. For my first modelling gig I worked for Sparklies Bikinis company. And it was like boom!

Earlier it seemed that you didn’t want to be associated with the word porn. Later you started doing nude pictures and then full sex scenes. How did you make the transition?

Yes, Absolutely. I didn’t want to be. But I did nude photos and became erotic nude style. It means I was already naked. And when covid came I had no choice. I needed work to earn money for take care my daughter. And that’s why I decided to working online cause that time I couldn’t even go out and also I must take care of my daughter at the same time.

Why did you choose to target English speaking porn consumer rather than Thais?

I think it’s because I like to learn and speak English. This is the first reason. And I think English is more common around the world. So I can grow more than if I restrict myself to Thailand.

Why did you decide to do porn rather than sell sex directly to customers like many others do in Thailand?

I decided to do porn because it is like actors and actresses. I’m just in the movie. It isn’t dangerous for me. And I don’t feel safe if I sell sex directly, because I don’t know the person that I am going to meet. Maybe they go crazy and can hurt me.

You wear some really interesting and exciting clothes in your pictures and videos. How do you decide what to wear?

I don’t really decide. I just like it and buy it. I don’t know what makes me look sexy or not but I like it.

What advice would you have for other ladies who want to make money in online porn?

My advice is just be yourself and who you are. Be confident whatever you like but be humble and honest. Money will come so fast the thing is just keep income for the future and not spend it all in one day.

What is the best part of your work? And what is the worst?

The best part from my work is I can work everywhere, anytime that I need. And the worst is, hmm….. I think it’s from me. Because in my personal life I’m like quiet. Most times it’s like I’m in my own world. But I should alert and active, with more energy when I’m at the front of camera. Smiling face with open mouth and tightly-closed eyes.
