New Relax Time is a foreigner-friendly erotic massage parlor in the Ikebukuro section of Tokyo. Staffed by a team of attractive Chinese women in their twenties, the place offers table showers and hand jobs for a relatively fair price.
Although all of the signage is in Japanese, this is essentially a Chinese massage parlor. The different here is that they don’t hide the erotic aspect of the service. Apparently these kinds of places operate in a legal gray area.
What matters to customers is that you can go here to get a full body wash, massage, and happy ending. The male manager who runs the place speaks Japanese. But he is also amenable to those who do not. His English is limited. But he speaks enough to get the point across.
The ladies can all speak both Chinese and Japanese. Some can speak a bit of English too. This isn’t a place you would good to discuss the finer points of English literature. Though you can communicate enough to get a back rub and blow your load.
How New Relax Time works
New Relax Time is apparently an upgrade or renewed version of “Relax Time”. I am not sure why the name changed. Though on the street you can still see signs with both the new and old names. The map on the shop’s website is accurate.
This shop accepts appointments and walk-ins. Appointments can be made over the phone. But as far as I can tell, they aren’t really necessary. I was able to walk right in on a Friday night and see someone immediately.
New Relax Time is located on both the fifth and sixth floors of a building located out of the west exit of Ikebukuro Station. There are stand up signs in the street in front the entrance to the otherwise discreet location.
Once you walk up to the sixth floor and ring the bell you are met by the male manager. He carries a price list that shows several session lengths and options. A standard 60 minute session costs 8,000 Yen ($54 USD). A 60 minute VIP session with table shower costs 13,000 Yen ($88 USD)
After you select a session and pay the associated fee, the manager will fetch you some tea. There is a small waiting room that is maybe the size of a bathroom in a business hotel. Though it is not uncomfortable.
Happy ending massage in Ikebukuro
Before long the manager will return to lead you to one of the various private rooms. If you opted for the VIP massage you go down one level. There you are met by your masseuse. There are several pretty Chinese girls on the roster here. Some say they are from Taiwan. All are at least moderately attractive in my view.
The ladies wear sexy nighties with makes things nicer. Your hands are able to roam throughout the session. Though things never get too serious. It seems customers are basically able to touch the ladies above the waist. There is no kissing or oral sex.
The table shower room is even smaller than the waiting room. Though they still make it work. The table showers here are more light and fun than serious. Your masseuse gets topless and fluffs some soap bubble around your body. She may even lean in to whisper sweet nothings into your ear while playing with your pud.
Unless you are somehow able to ejaculate from this, the main event happens in a private massage room. There you are given a more thorough erotic massage. These lovely ladies do things like straddling you, sliding along your body, and kissing your ear. Combine that with good hand work and it is pretty easy to get over the edge. The gals are friendly throughout, though they do seem to be pretty busy.
New Relax Time is a fairly standard Chinese jack shack in a convenient location. They are completely fine with non-Japanese customers. And they deliver what they promise. It isn’t necessarily anything special. But it’s a good example of this sort of shop. I give it three stars.
