Review: Cheetah Premier Gentlemen’s Club in Hilton Head, SC USA

Cheeatah Premier Gentlemen’s Club is a strip club in the American tourist town of Hilton Head, South Carolina. It is a well appointed and elaborate place to be sure. But the draw at a strip club has to be the strippers. Otherwise we are just talking about a nice building with nothing inside.

Although it is the only strip club in what is a very popular location the place doesn’t seem to draw in a huge number of people. That could be partly because it only staffs a handful of women. Or it could simply be because many find the place to be just another run-of-the-mill titty bar. That was my take after visiting. Here’s why.

Inside the Cheetah Club

Cheetah Club is located in a large building just off the main strip. The area doesn’t appear unsafe to me even if there was apparently a shooting there a few months back. I’ve been in some dark and decrepit alleys in my days. So perhaps I am just jaded by experience. Still I am alive to type this however my instincts do seem to be well intact.

It wouldn’t be easy to tell what was inside the brown and beige building if it wasn’t for the sign outside. Inside the place is more elaborate and decked out with fancy looking yellow and black accents. The place looks like a cross between a Las Vegas nightclub and a Macau sex sauna. As what is just an average American strip club it is neither.

Staff, services, prices and summary

There are maybe seven or eighth women working the Cheetah Club on a given night. They all seem to be in their twenties. They all also appear to be local white women though I did see a picture of an Asian gal on the club’s website. Most of the women are tattooed and some are on the thick side. That is not to say they are overweight. But they certainly aren’t slim babes with big boobs either. This isn’t Las Vegas.

As I wrote above this place is laid out nicely. But along with the enhanced interior comes higher prices. This place is clearly set up for tourists on a trip who aren’t worried about splashing money around. Everything from the layout to the $7000 bottle sets on the menu scream “spend money”! That doesn’t mean you have to break the bank however. It’s possible to spend some time at this place without spending the world. They even have a full kitchen that can cook up meals for as little as $9 USD.

Yet splurging on a bottle of liquor or getting even a few private dances can add up quickly. Ten minutes of air dancing upstairs runs $100. Since it doesn’t add up to more than watching a woman dance up close I hardly think the cost is worth it. Sure I have seen what goes on for much less in more civilized parts of the world. But even when compared to some of the other American strip clubs I have visited this club seems much more like a money pit. The hot tub room at Cheetah Club sounds like a good time but at price of thousands of dollars for an hour I couldn’t be bothered to investigate further.

Of course strip clubs are businesses. They are out to make money. Dancers take off their tops for the same reason. But that is the most obvious aspect of any adult entertainment venue it takes away a lot of the charm. You don’t have to be naive or inexperienced to expect the personal touch. Yet in my experience that touch or any other can’t be found at Cheetah Premier. So I give it a half star.
