Interview with Asian-American porn star Lana Violet

My ongoing series of interviews with sex workers has really been picking up steam. I’ve contacted a few people around the industry and the responses have been mostly good. Today the result is that I’m able to bring you an interview I did with the very cute porn star Lana Violet. She even sent along some hot photos.

I plan to do more of these interviews in the future. I have many ideas regarding who I want to talk to. Hopefully they will all be up for question and answer sessions. In the meantime this interview with Lana is more than enough to enjoy.

I know you’ve answered this before, but for the benefit of my readers who don’t know how old are you and how and when did you get into porn?

I’m 24 now, started porn when I was nineteen. I stumbled upon sexyjobs.com and was looking into becoming a stripper. Majority of my offers were for adult work, so I made my way to the valley, met my first agent and just went for it. I was still at first looking to just dance, but she convinced me I could make more doing videos so I tried it, liked it, and never looked back.

While the looks of most people, porn stars included, tend to diminish over time, you seem to actually get more beautiful and alluring as time goes on. What’s your secret?

That’s very kind thank you. I put effort in taking care of myself, making healthy dietary choices and practicing moderation. I don’t drink as heavily as I did when I was younger that’s for sure, and I do a lot of yoga that helps me in all kinds of ways. I’ve recently been getting into MMA which is really fun and challenging.

 When did you watch your first porn? Do you remember it?

My first porn I really sat down to watch was what my agent first showed me- it was a boy on girl of one of her girls and Jack Napier. I never really sat down and watched a whole scene before, only saw trailers or random bits at friends houses or parties.

 What’s your best sexual memory? What’s your worst?

I couldn’t point out one singular best sexual experience, my best memories are those involving two or more people.

If you could start over again would you still have gotten into porn?

Yes no regrets. Regret is a hopeless emotion.

Do you think sex addiction is real?

I think addiction to anything is real, whether it be sex, drugs, food, pain, etc..

What would your advice be to a person wanting to follow in your footsteps?

Do your research, ask questions, don’t be afraid to say no to doing something you’re not comfortable with.

Do you watch porn now that you make it? Who is your favorite porn star of all time? Favorite source of porn?

Yea I’ll watch porn here and there, more than I did before I got started. Favorite porn stars are Belladonna and Katsuni, I can watch scene after scene with either of them in it. Source would be the DVD’s I own or buy usually.

Have you ever stripped or done adult webcamming? What do you think of them?

Stripped yes, webcamming yes. Stripping is fun I love to tease and dance around naked. Webcamming has it’s perks, you’re as personal with fans as you can get.

Is it true that most porn stars make more from side work like feature dancing and appearances than actual scenes?

I think it all depends on every girl and every situation.

What was your earliest sexual experience with a woman?

It was me, my guy friend, and my incredibly super sweet Canadian friend, who apparently had a wild side. We were all making out and we were fingering and licking each other.

I plan to take advantage of every opportunity that is presented to me, make the most of what I can when I can in this industry. I plan to open up my own site and shoot exclusive scenes there, and get into feature dancing more.
